Visiting this website
This website sets no cookies of its own and uses no advertising, tracking or social media tools. Apart from the visit statistics described below, it does not load fonts, videos or scripts from other companies.
The site is hosted by Cloudflare. To deliver pages and protect the site against attacks, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. If Cloudflare needs to check whether a visit comes from a person or an automated program, it may set a strictly necessary security cookie, which is not used for tracking.
We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or similar storage on your device and does not identify individual visitors. It tells us, for example, how many people viewed a page and which country they visited from.
When you contact us
If you email us, we use your name, email address and anything you include in your message to reply and to follow up on your enquiry, for example about a partnership, an investment or a press request.
We rely on our legitimate interest in answering enquiries or, when you ask about working with us, on taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. We keep correspondence for as long as the enquiry or relationship needs it, and for any longer period the law requires, such as for accounting and tax records.
Who processes data for us
We use service providers that act on our instructions: Cloudflare for website hosting, security and visit statistics, and Google for email. We do not sell personal data or share it for advertising.
These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, the transfer relies on safeguards recognised under EU law, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

This site links to other websites, such as LinkedIn, huggahsleep.com and news articles about us. Those websites have their own privacy policies.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you can ask us to:
- give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
- correct it or delete it;
- restrict how we use it, or object to our use of it;
- send it to you or to another organisation in a portable format.
To make a request, email us. We will reply within one month. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to Malta’s Information and Data Protection Commissioner at idpc.org.mt.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page if the way we use personal data changes. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
